About PRIO

The Department of Arms Development and Innovation (DADI) at the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy is one of the few formations in the defense technology sector that implements cutting-edge and innovative solutions to enhance the country’s defense capabilities and advance the Ukrainian army. Our primary mission is the preservation of the lives of military personnel and civilians.

One of DADI’s core values is human-centeredness. We deeply value human life and dignity, believing that respect for people, combined with deep knowledge, practical skills, and life experience, produces the best outcomes.

DADI oversees all stages of weapons and technology development, from basic research to full-scale development. We assist in introducing modern combat solutions to the military, developing necessary infrastructure projects, and creating educational programs for military personnel that enhance the quality of transformation within the army.
